Based on the forecast of very low temperatures and additional snow and ice, the organizing committee has decided to cancel Saturday's Conway Cup. We believe that travel and play will just be too dangerous.
We hope to reschedule at a later date, but cannot be certain of that right now and we recognize that whatever date we choose may not be possible for some teams. So we are extending the following options to teams:
1. Full Refund of Entry Fee
2. Partial Refund of Entry Fee -- team will be sent tournament t-shirts ($10 per t-shirt will be deducted from the refund)
3. Credit Entry Fee for Future Competition -- either a postponement of this year's Cup, or hold for next year's, t-shirts received at future event
4. Donate Full Amount -- team will receive t-shirts, new entry fee will be paid for future event
In the next week or so, please let your age group organizer know what you would like to do.
Please allow six to eight weeks for us to process refunds/send t-shirts.
We will be in touch as soon as possible regarding a rescheduling of the event. That would most likely be in May.
